Strength and conditioning

July 11, 2019 @ 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm

Strength and conditioning will be one hour.  Chris W’s group will be starting practice right after at 5:45 and they would like us to join so they have more people to play soccer or a game to warm up.  Their practice ends at 7:00 but you can leave after the warm up if you want or stay for the workout if you can.  This is not a required practice for our team, but it is a good opportunity to be a leader for the younger skaters and show them what they can work towards.
